Unzip BinCom.zip into a directory of your choice.
If needed, add the files in VB4_Runtime.zip.

Execute the RunPatBin.cmd file. It analyzes the
demo data in file patclu.dat. The BinCom commander
is already parameterized for this data set. It reads
this information from patclu.in and binclus.in.

For analyzing your own data create your own patclu.dat,
start RunPatBin, and adjust the BinClus forms accordingly.
