Gini coefficient

The VB4 program Gini.exe (Mazanec, 1993) computes the Gini coefficient for time series each consisting of 12 monthly data points. It shows a bar plot of the ordered observations and the Gini value for successive data records (rows; with decimal points, separated by comma);

makeGINI.exe is a self-extracting file; unpack it to a direcory of your choice and run the setup.exe file; demo2x12.dat is a demo data file with two examples of 12 monthly observations.
